To begin your Rising Wave experience, we’ll schedule three 60-minute one-on-one sessions with an experienced coach who will take you through CrossFit Foundations.

DROP-IN VISITORS
Current members at an affiliated CrossFit Gym from anywhere around the world, can drop into ANY of our CrossFit Classes. We ask that all drop-ins please show up 10-15 minutes prior to class so we can get you all set before your workout.
